This is the sports logo and application for the Middleton Volleyball Team. The logo is a 3 color screen print to allow color versatility for screen printing. A second more simplified logo for embroidery on polos, works better for the smaller area.
A simple and appropriate logo put together using their existing Cardinal emblem.
Also included is an organized and decorative order form to intrigue players and coaches to order prints. This form was designed to be easy to use and bring a little team spirit to what could otherwise be a very bland order form.
