These are screen printed posters that have been limited to two screens yet incorporate a third color using different techniques listed below. Additionally, I've created other screen prints for fun.
The first poster uses a blue split fountain technique for the background, creating blend of blues for the sky background. Voted as one of the best in class. The paints had to be hand-mixed and manually pressed through the screens.
The second poster demonstrates overprinting. The green and red together produce a deep brown to provide depth at a lower price point.
A simple two-color print that represents what a greeting card should do: bring joy!
